John Paul served as Vice President, Event Marketing & Sales for Feld Entertainment, the leading producer of live, touring, family entertainment and the parent company of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus and Disney On Ice.  In that position, he was directly responsible for the regional marketing and sales operation throughout the Northeast US and Eastern Canada in connection with more than 50 annual circus, ice and stage engagements in over 30 markets.  John Paul was also positioned overseas with Feld for 3+ years, promoting a variety of shows, including the Harlem Globetrotters, throughout Asia Pacific.

Prior to starting Rubber Road Marketing, John Paul was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for the Sports Museum of America (SmA) in New York City, the nation's first museum to celebrate the history and significance of sports in America.  At SmA, John Paul directed the long-term strategy and vision for the SmA brand; oversaw SmA's ticket sales, sponsorship, marketing and public relations initiatives; and was responsible for managing the museum's ongoing relationships with its more than 60 founding sports partners, including the Heisman Trophy, the Women's Sports Foundation, NASCAR and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
